Dr. Donald Kwiatkowski, Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Kwiatkowski received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Michigan State University in 1976. Before joining the Best Friends team 13 years ago, he was Wildlife Veterinarian for the State of Wyoming; owner of Alpine Animal Hospital in Alpine, Wyoming; owner of Southland Hospital for Animals in Taylor, Michigan; and an Associate Veterinarian at Allan Park Animal Hospital in Allen Park, Michigan. He has published over 12 articles in peer-reviewed professional journals. His professional awards and honors include: Wyoming Federation Conservationist of the Year, 1990; Terra Alpha Environmental Technology Award winner 1988, USSR Endangered Mink Project Official Letter of Thanks (Estonia, Russia); and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Director’s Letter of Appreciation. Dr. Kwiatkowski lives in Chambersburg with his wife of 25 years, Shelly, and his rambunctious and entertaining Yorkie-Bichon mix named Piper. His daughter is a junior at Penn State University at State College, majoring in Mathematics and Secondary Education. Dr. Kwiatkowski's "pets" have included dogs, cats, birds, and various wildlife.

Dr. Tiffany Brady, Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Brady is a 2009 graduate of the University of Florida, College of Veterinary Medicine. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Dr. Brady has an undergraduate degree in Animal Science from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is looking forward to practicing medicine on companion animals of all kinds and has a special interest in exotics, including pocket pets, birds and reptiles. In her spare time, Dr. Brady enjoys fencing, hiking, traveling, reading and spending time with her cat Harley Quinn, her dog Oliver and her bearded dragon Darwin.

Dr. Jeannine Hostetter, Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Hostetter is a 1998 graduate of North Carolina State University, University College of Veterinary Medicine. She practiced in Raleigh, North Carolina for 4 years and then moved back to her hometown of Chambersburg in 2002. Dr. Hostetter has enjoyed her 7 years at Best Friends, especially the clients and the patients that she has been privileged to work with. She looks forward to the continued progress of the profession in technology and treatments. Dr. Hostetter lives in Chambersburg with her husband Troy, her children, Roman, Jacob and Megan, and the furry members of the family: “Daphne,” a Rottweiler mix and the cats, “Lioness” and “Lucy.”
